CT99 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use a CT99 account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be the person whose details you provide during registration — registering on behalf of someone else is not permitted.
• You must not have a previously closed or suspended CT99 account.
• You must not have been excluded from online gaming platforms through a self-exclusion programme you initiated.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during the registration process, including your real name, date of birth and contact details.

CT99 reserves the right to request verification of any information provided at registration at any point during the lifetime of your account. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent closure.

By registering an account, you confirm that you are using the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes, and that you understand that gaming involves the risk of losing money.

2 Account Responsibilities

Each player is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their CT99 account credentials, including their username, password and any two-factor authentication methods in use. Specifically:

• Do not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not allow another person to use your CT99 account, even temporarily.
• Use a strong, unique password for your CT99 account and do not reuse it across other services.
• Log out of your account when using shared devices or public networks.
• Contact CT99 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

CT99 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials. Any activity that occurs while you are logged in is your responsibility unless you have reported a security concern to CT99 support and received confirmation that your report was received.

3 Deposits and Payments

CT99 supports the following PKR deposit methods for players in Pakistan: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and compatible mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change. The current available methods are always shown on the Deposit page within your account.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply to each payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically credit within seconds. Bank transfer timelines depend on the originating bank.
• CT99 does not charge deposit fees on standard methods. Your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with them separately.
• Deposits made for the purpose of claiming a specific bonus must be made in a single transaction of the qualifying amount — splitting a deposit into smaller amounts to meet a bonus threshold is not permitted.

CT99 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds for large deposits as part of standard account security and fraud prevention. This is not an accusation of wrongdoing — it is a routine check applied consistently across accounts.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds before requesting a withdrawal that includes bonus-derived winnings.
• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed. Verification requirements include confirming your identity and, in some cases, your payment method.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name. CT99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed fastest. Bank transfer withdrawals may take additional time depending on the receiving bank.

CT99 may delay or hold a withdrawal pending completion of verification or investigation of unusual account activity. In such cases, CT99 support will communicate the reason and the expected timeline to you directly. Withdrawals are not unreasonably delayed where accounts are in good standing and fully verified.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

CT99 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses and special promotions tied to cricket events such as PSL season and T20 international series. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion can be claimed once per player, per household, per device and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before any withdrawal is possible. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the promotion. Bonus funds not wagered within this period will expire and be forfeited automatically.
• Certain game categories may contribute differently — or not at all — towards wagering requirements. For example, some promotions exclude Live Casino or Sports Betting from contributing to the wagering rollover. Check each promotion's specific terms for contribution rates.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on CT99, across all game categories including Slots, Fish Games, Live Casino, Crash Games, Table Games, Arcade and Sports Betting:

• All bets are final once confirmed. CT99 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets, regardless of the reason.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed within each game or betting market. These limits may vary by game, table or market and may be adjusted at CT99's discretion.
• In the event of a technical error during a game — including server disconnection, game freeze or incorrect outcome display — CT99 will investigate the affected round. If a round cannot be verified as completed fairly, it may be voided and stakes returned. Winnings from rounds that are determined to have been affected by a technical fault may be withheld pending investigation.
• Game outcomes on all CT99 RNG titles are determined by certified random number generator systems. CT99 does not manipulate game outcomes. Historical RTP data is available within individual game information panels.
• Sports betting markets are settled according to the official result from the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL and international cricket matches. 7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CT99 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating or using more than one CT99 account.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotions in ways that are contrary to their intended purpose, including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly.
• Payment fraud: Using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulent payment details for deposits.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider after a deposit has been credited to your CT99 account. Chargebacks are treated as fraud and will result in permanent account closure and potential legal action.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including coordinating bets in poker or Live Casino games.
• Use of bots or automation: Using software, scripts, bots or any automated system to interact with CT99 games or the platform interface in place of a human player.
• Exploitation of software errors: Taking advantage of a known or discovered software bug, glitch or error rather than reporting it to CT99 support. Winnings derived from exploiting errors are not valid and will be voided.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

CT99 reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or use of a stolen payment method.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time after being requested.
• Account inactivity — accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. A notification will be sent before any inactivity fees are applied, and the balance will remain accessible upon login.
• Voluntary self-exclusion initiated by the player through the responsible gaming tools in their account settings.
• Identification of a player as being under 18 years of age.

If your account is closed for a reason unrelated to a breach of these Terms — for example, voluntary closure — any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements have been assessed. If your account is closed due to a breach, CT99 reserves the right to retain all funds pending investigation.

• CT99 does not sell personal data to third parties.
• Data shared with payment processors (such as JazzCash and Easypaisa) is limited to what is necessary to complete transactions.
• You may request access to the personal data CT99 holds about you by contacting support. CT99 will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable rules, CT99's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited as follows:

• CT99 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical faults, service interruptions, delayed withdrawals or changes to game availability.

Nothing in these Terms limits CT99's liability in cases of gross negligence, wilful misconduct or fraud by CT99 itself. These limitations apply only to the extent permitted and do not affect statutory rights that cannot be excluded.

12 Changes to These Terms

CT99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, CT99 may also notify players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the CT99 platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure through CT99 support.
